Glenwood offers two floor plans. The 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom private plan gives you more personal space. The 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom shared plan has two students per bedroom, for a more social, budget-friendly setup. You can compare layouts on our floor plans page.

Rates are per bed and depend on the layout. The 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom shared floor plan runs $475–$495/month. The 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom private floor plan runs $740–$760/month. Rates for each layout are listed on our floor plans page.

Pricing is per person (per bed), not per apartment.

Yes! Each resident signs an individual lease for their own bed, rather than roommates signing one lease for the whole apartment.

Glenwood has private bedrooms, but not private bathrooms. In the 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom floor plan, each resident gets a fully private bedroom and shares the bathroom. The 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom floor plan has two students per bedroom, with two bathrooms shared within the apartment.

Yes. The 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom floor plan houses two students per bedroom, which makes it a social, budget-friendly option.

Utilities aren’t included in rent. They’re covered by a separate $55/month utilities fee.

Glenwood offers 12-month leases.

You can pay your rent in full at move-in. If you choose monthly payments instead, rent is due on the 1st of each month.

Move-in costs include a $50 application fee, a $100 administrative fee, and a $300 security deposit.

Yes, resident parking is available, including covered options. Parking isn’t included in rent. Passes are $45 for general parking, $55 for reserved parking, and $65 for underground or off-site parking. They’re available first come, first served through the leasing office.

Yes! Guests and visitors can park in unmarked general spots from 7 a.m. to midnight. Parking enforcement begins at midnight.

As soon as possible! Floor plans at Glenwood tend to fill up quickly each leasing season, and floor plans, parking passes, and roommate requests are all first come, first served. When you’re ready, you can apply online.

Yes, the application fee is $50.

The application takes about 15–20 minutes to complete, and approval may take up to 24 hours.

Yes. Glenwood runs a soft credit check and a background check that verifies past rental and criminal history. To qualify, you need a credit score of 650 or higher and an income of 2.5 times the monthly rent. If you don’t meet these criteria, you can add a guarantor to your account, or you may qualify by paying a double deposit.

A guarantor isn’t required by default. If you don’t have a qualifying credit score or don’t meet the income requirement, you’ll need to add a guarantor (co-signer), or you may qualify by paying a double deposit instead. There’s a $50 guarantor fee when a guarantor is needed. Guarantors can complete their part through the guarantor portal.

Yes! International students can lease at Glenwood with a qualifying guarantor. You may need your passport and visa information for identification in the application.

Yes. You can provide your own policy. If you don’t, you’ll be automatically enrolled in coverage for $13/month.

You have a 72-hour cancellation period after signing your lease. After those 72 hours, you’ll need to find someone to take over your contract.

Yes! Apartments come fully furnished, including kitchen appliances and living room furniture. Every bedroom includes a bed, dresser, closet, and shared desk.

Apartments come fully furnished with bedroom and living room essentials, so you’ll mainly need personal items, bedding, and anything else that makes the space feel like home.

Yes! The last section of the application covers roommate requests and roommate matching. List the names of the roommates you’d like to live with in that section. Requests are first come, first served, so apply early.

Packages are delivered to secure parcel lockers on-site, where they stay safe until you pick them up.

Log in to the resident portal, scroll to the service request section on your dashboard, and create a ticket. Maintenance requests are typically completed within 24 hours.

Yes! Glenwood hosts monthly resident events, including our move-in luau, the Mr. Glenwood pageant, a waffle breakfast, and a concert in the courtyard.

We love seeing how residents make their apartments their own! Please just avoid any items that cause significant wall damage.

Pets aren’t allowed at Glenwood.

You can renew your lease through the leasing office. There’s nothing extra to pay when you sign a renewal, because your security deposit carries over to the next lease term. Residents who haven’t renewed for the next lease term must be moved out by 9 a.m. on the day their lease ends.
